Transformation Gifts Terms and Conditions

General

Transformation Gifts allow a Church Army supporter to make a donation to a key area of Church Army’s work: Training and Resources, Frontline Evangelism through centres of mission, The Marylebone Project, The Amber Project or Cardiff Residential Services. In response to the donation Church Army will send you (or someone you nominate) a gift card that explains which project the donation has been put towards and how it will help to improve someone's life.

You'll be given the opportunity to personalise your card with a short message during checkout and, specify your delivery details. The recipient’s details will not be retained once the card is dispatched.
Supplies of all cards are subject to availability. The design of the card may vary between purchases but will relate to the specific project being funded.

All funds will be allocated to the specified project, minus the costs of the card and postage (see ‘Delivery’ if you wish to help off-set the cost of postage).

Delivery

Transformation Gift cards can only be sent to the UK and Ireland at this time.

We process all gift card orders within 1 working day, and you (or nominated recipient) should receive your gift card within 5 working days, please allow for a longer delivery time at busy periods. (This is subject to the normal postal service).

All orders are sent by UK 2nd class post and will be in hands of Royal Mail once they have left us.

Delivery is free, but you will have the option of adding a discretionary £1.00 delivery contribution to help us cover costs.

Backordered items will be charged at the time of placing the order and will be shipped as soon as they become available.

Christmas 2018

We expect delivery within 5 working days but orders can take longer at busy times.
Orders for mainland UK and Republic of Ireland recipients received by noon on the 18th December 2018 should be received by Christmas Eve subject to stock availability.

Payment

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro and Visa Electron. You may also phone us to place and order, supplying your credit card information via phone.

If you are shopping from outside of the UK your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order and accepted the payment.

Cancelling or changing an order

Church Army strives to process your order immediately after checkout so your card can be dispatched as soon as possible. If you decide after checkout that you would like to cancel or change the details of your order please call 0300 123 2113 or email info@churcharmy.org within 1 hour.

If you call or email within 1 hour we will not send the card requested, however your payment is considered a donation which we are unable to refund. If you do not call within 1 hour to cancel or change your order, the card will be dispatched per the instructions provided. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund your donation.

Gift Aid

Please note that Transformation Gifts count as a donation, so under Charity Commission rules, we are unable to give you a refund.
